Casa Del Mar is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath, two-story house in Aguada, Puerto Rico. The house has an ocean view and is a less than a block walk to the beach. You can hear the ocean crash from the bedrooms. It has 2 terraces, a driveway and a huge private garden. The garden has a water fountain, exotic flowers, herbs and fruit trees including avocado, banana, plantains, bitter oranges and guanabana [Soursop]. Each bedroom has a twin or full size bed. The house has telephone service, cable and Wi-Fi. The house also has a wireless security system for peace of mind. It's a true Caribbean paradise, ideal for family vacations and retreats. Casa Del Mar is next to a beautiful church built by community residents and across the street from a park with basketball courts. The house is also a short beach walk to El Balneario Pico de Piedra, a beautiful beach park ideal for swimming, family activities and jogging. It's a 5 minute drive to a small, historical town with bakery, pharmacy, doctors, bars and restaurants. The house is also a 10-15 minute car ride from a major shopping center that include sports shop, clothing stores and several food markets.
The house is only 25 minutes from Aguadilla Airport (BQN), that has direct flights by both JetBlue and United airlines.

Aguada
is between Aguadilla and Rincon, two of Puerto Rico's most popular
surfing and tourist destinations. The West Coast is laid back and has a
low crime rate. People from the US and Europe relocate there for
it's amazing beaches and sunsets.
